ingredients

600 ml of skimmed milk
2 piece ( s ) Orange
85 g of finely ground raw
1 1/8 cc Nutmeg
3 tablespoons sweetener ( of all kinds) , cooking
1 egg ( s ) ( medium) whole chicken egg

instructions

• Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
• Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the orange zest and grits. Slow, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly . Remove from heat .
• Add the juice of an orange semolina . Let stand 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent skin from forming. Add nutmeg , sweetener and egg. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
• Bake for 25-30 minutes until top begins to brown. Meanwhile, prepare the remaining orange cutting it into small pieces. Serve with cream even hot food.
